Let me introduce you to Sheba (not to be confused with my beloved Akira who is a Shiba Inu :) ) Here she is after an acupuncture session claiming her perch and perhaps suggesting that her vet not leave. Sheba has a lump on her thyroid (she is hyperthyroid, too) and the traditional vets...
I guess they must be comfortable enough if she can fall asleep....

Akira must be feeling better, she used my house mate, Nicole, as a human stair to jump on Nic's bed this morning. In Nic's words, "She's BACK and thinks she owns everything again!" Nic was leaned down looking under the bed at her cat, Shanti, when Akira jumped on her back to more "easily" get on...

Latest status: Chinese medicine detox ended this week. Poisons localized in leg. Antibiotic to get rid of infection. Laser therapy, pain meds, chinese medicines, antibiotics, probiotics...and now physical...

Nature time! Ever since Akira hurt her leg our morning "walk" has become a park visit. She loves it and it's good for me, too!
